Notice of 19th Annual General Meeting of Rajasthani Samaj

Notice of Annual General Meeting is hereby given that the 19th Annual General Meeting of Rajasthani Samaj will be held at Legends of India, 4/F Winfield Commercial Bldg., 6-8A Prat Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui on Saturday 19th of January at 1:00pm for the following purposes:
1. To approve Minutes of 18th AGM held at Legends of India, Kowloon, Hong Kong. (link to file)
2. To receive the annual report of the Sewa Committee 2018. (link to file)
3. To receive and approve audited Final Accounts for the period 1st of January 2018 to 31st of December 2018. (link to file)
4. Matters arising.
5. To re-appoint / appoint the honorary auditor until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of Rajasthani Samaj at which accounts are laid before the members.
6. Election / Re-election of Members of Sewa Committee for the year 2019.
7. Any other business.
Please be informed that the schedule of AGM shall be as follows:
1:00pm - 2:30pm Lunch
2:30pm - 4:30 pm Annual General Meeting
1. ONLY ADULT VOTING MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED FOR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. GUESTS, NON-MEMBERS, NON-VOTING MEMBERS AND CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED.
2. A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is not entitled to appoint a proxy to vote or attend instead of him/her.
3. Any member who requires any clarification on accounts are kindly requested to write to committee@rajasthanisamaj.com atleast 5 working days prior to the AGM so that committee can prepare and bring the same to AGM.
4. Minutes of 18th Annual General Meeting held at Legends of India, Kowloon, Hong Kong on 27th January 2018 are attached here.
5. Final Accounts for the year ending 31st of December 2018 are attached herewith. They have been audited by our honoury auditor Mr. Ramakant Agrawal.
6. Annual Report of the Sewa Committee 2018 is attached herewith.
7. Nominations are invited for Sewa Committee 2019 as per guidelines of “Objects, Regulations and By-laws” of Rajasthani Samaj. Nomination form is attached here. The nomination form, duly completed must be addressed to Mr. Kishan Agrawal (Election Governor) and mailed to TST PO Box 95887 on or before Monday 15th of January 2019. The last date for withdrawal of nomination will be Thursday 17th of January 2019. If more than 7 Nominations are received. Ballot shall be required at the AGM.
